Title: Pictures: Is Mandibular wing osteotomy worth the increased sublabial fold?

From the perspective of male aesthetics and myself, do you think it's a good idea? Here are some before and afters of chin wing operations:

could you tell me what you're referring to by "sublabial fold" maybe repost one of the pics with that area circled. also do you have a list of docs who do this op?
