Hi! I want to buy medpor  implants. I'm looking for companies that can send to turkey. These implants are very expensive in Turkey. And I'm looking for an affordable company. Please help me. Thanks

This is an orthognastic surgery not a cosmetic surgery board....

Anyway, there's a reason that most surgeons will not use medpor implants - they are near impossible to remove!  If you want implants, get silicone

Go to Beirut or Tehran if surgery is expensive in Turkey.

I'm male and my jaw is too narrow.

I'm having surgery in turkey. I have plastic surgeons and maxillofacial surgeon doctor friends. they will implement implants. Should I buy only implants. I need to implants in the image below. Can you find these implants are silicone?

I don't think you can simply buy implants like that, you have to be a licensed practitioner to do that.

And as celticcavegirl here suggested, you can have the implants surgery in either Beirut or Tehran, they're cheaper and both are relatively close to Turkey.
