Title: osteotomy surgery either upper or lower jaw

Hi has anyone had an osteotomy for either the upper or lower jaw or both? I live in N.J. and was wondering has  anyone has gone to an oral surgeon in N.J., NYC, or Phila. Were you completely satisfied with the outcome.  Did any of the doctors accept insurance or did they want to be paid up front.  How much did the surgery cost?           Thanks so much

i used dr stephen sachs in nyc

  Does he understand CCW rotation when it is needed?  How do you like the results? I am in NYC and need a good oral surgeon for my sleep apena.  Any ideas?
