Can jaw surgeries such as maxillomandibular advancement be done to only one side of the jaw? like for example only to right side? upper or lower or both.

Has this question been answered before? Do you have any examples plz?
And also is mid line misalignment of the teeth and jaw correctable? Because whenever I search its usually Asian sites that come up which make you a bit suspicious. not even once I got a non Asian site.

Midline misalignment is correctable, often even orthodontically. I don't think it's possible to operate only on one side of the jaw if changes to occlusion are involved.
