Title: Do surgeons charge extra if bone graft needed in CCW rotation maxilla?

Hey everyone, couple of questions re bimax CCW rotation:

1. I was quoted a price for bimax, and wondering if surgeon decided bone graft necessary, do they typically charge more?
2. Where is the bone grafted from?
3. Will bimax CCW shorten my face? It would be to close a posterior open bite when advancing mandible.

I might have to have a bone graft, too.  I have a posterior open bite as well.  As far as I know they take it from the hip

It should lengthen the face.
