Title: My 3D Skull bones and soft tissues - What can you tell me about it?
Post by: DaveE on October 27, 2014, 04:51:22 PM
Haven't see the maxfac yet, gonna see him in a few days. I'm gonna consult him about aesthetics improvements, osteotomies or implants. My bite is fine.
I already did a rhino and a chin implant.

you have a class 1 bite and skeleton. what exactly do you want to achieve ? you are not a jaw surgery candidate, but you might profit from a chin wing.

I want to have a masculine bone structure. Strong, sharper and defined features. I already have a chin implant and did a rhino (which I want to revise).

Class 1  =  Normal?

yes class 1 is normal. the whole point of jaw surgery is to transform class 2 and class 3 jaws into class 1 jaws. since you are class 1 you might want to find another forum, as your concerns would be better answered in places like realself or missj.

there is a very big talk about PS from all kinds in here, some posters here seems to be more knowledgeable then those posters on the forums you suggested (Missj is private btw so can't login).

I'll wait for those with the knowledge to to reply.

Thanks for your help Anyway.

Soliciting such advice is fair enough, but I'm not sure what you expect anyone here to tell you given that you've only posted a ceph.

If your bite is not a problem, then take out the implant and get a chin wing.

Your mandible looks quite steep. This might make your jawline look a bit puffy or undefined.
