Hey guys and gals, im a little over 3 months post op and I want to know if anyone had a lot of swelling in their chin post op from advancement? I know advancement moves the soft tissue on my chin forward and kinda up, bit it just seems so much more meaty there. I already had a good chin pre op and its not huge or anything right now, just even more prominent then it already was. I mean I can totally deal with it, but wondering if the soft tissue will settle over the months.
