IT SHOWS WHICH AND HOW OFTEN EXACT SURGICAL PROCEDURES WERE DISCUSSED IN RESEARCHES IN GIVEN GROUP OF SURGEONS
Just type in Google: biomedexperts and name of the surgeon
However when I look at this and compare to some real opinions then these charts are strange :P
for example , I put these:

Dr Zarrinbal - no data, last research in which he is mentioned is from 2002y (based on this service)
Prof Mirco Raffaini - no data, listed in 2 medical researches in 2002y and 2013y (based on this service)
So take a look and try to determine if these charts has got any sense
For example if someone had well done surgery on zygma bone, then please check bar labeled zygoma for a specific surgeon :) etc....
We can make many interesting profiles.
What You think about this service ? Can be kinda helpful or not ?
My conslusion is: MM has the greatest experience in osteotomy procedures at least teoretically, what I think, correlates with the real opinion, because he is supposed to be well known as he attends many symposiums, but not well known (on many forums - internet) as a real safe and very good surgeon. Too few data to be sure about that
First conclusion creates the second one, that unfortunately, these charts show not much about real skills
But somehow perhaps it will be interesting for some...
For example I see a little help here
I got some offers (malar bone osteotomy - but very expensive) from German hospitals and when I put the name of chief of maxfac department from the one of them, then I saw this.

or from another:
http://www.biomedexperts.com/Profile.bme/577537/Frank_H%C3%B6lzle
or
http://www.biomedexperts.com/Profile.bme/780406/G%C3%BCnter_Lauer
It doesn't look well from my view when a boss of the maxfac department has almost nothing to do with such procedures in researches. Maybe its not good way to evaluate. Don't know what to think...., because on the other hand some maxfac team may have very good experience in many surgical procedures and they just want to make kinda new (not typical) researches, for instance, about nerve protection during surgery, etc - such thing may belongs to another group of procedures - from this point of view it is good.

what login? it's not needed. Write in google: biomedexperts name of the surgeon. If any record exists, then it will be shown at first place
These datas show only what were the objects of their researches. I don't know how much we should follow them.....

there is no info about what kind of surgery some doctor has on account, but only researches - thesis. However such thesis mostly are or should be a reflection of what surgeon do
You can also check which surgeons have published the most articles about selected procedure, for example

I think, this is normal. New surgical solutions first are tested on animals
