...that I can easily find at least 20-30 opinions about every well known surgeon in Poland on Polish forums
but when I would like to check in Germany, Belgium, Italy, France, England I can find barely 5 ???

Actually You are right ;) In Poland we only talk, never fight about our future.
Our goverment made the same what made goverment in Belgium and no protests in Poland
