Title: Le fort 3???

Would any doctor actually perform a le fort 3 just for midface deficiency for cosmetic reasons. I'd think it would only be performed for congenital sever deficiencies? Any doctor in the US who performs one cosmetically?

There are a few surgeons who do it but they far are in between.  Off the top of my head I can only think of two US surgeons who do it: Eugene Keller and Douglas Sinn. earl25 on this forum had a modified Le Fort III with dr Sinn: http://jawsurgeryforums.com/index.php/topic,3933.0.html
