Go to the closest college. Go to the library. Pay the nominal fee for a guest card. Get a temporary username and password to their academic journal database. Read the actual studies that address the questions you have. I can't believe how great this is. Enjoy everyone.

Most of the info circulated on the forum is an amalgamation of what those journals say, albeit a water down version of it.
