uh, no? im guessing plates/screws+bone grafting and in AG hydroxylappatite fills in whatever spaces/gaps? the space is in mm, not inches.

No, I didn't have extractions. Are you talking about space between teeth or space between bone where the segments are made?

Also, the gap between my laterals and canines, where the segment took place, has now closed some.  I can still tell that it's not completely closed and this is what I requested the day before surgery.  I want my laterals to be wider with crowns eventually.
