Title: Surgery First

I require treatment for an underbite and I have been told I need 18 months pre surgery orthodontics and I find this unbearable. I feel surgeons have no idea of the psychological side effects of jaw deformities. I am now looking for a surgeon who does surgery first, I have found Dr Hernadez Alfaro.....does anyone know of any other surgeons performing surgery first in the EU?

I understand exactly how you feel. I didn't want 18 months of pre surgery orthodontics so I had my surgery in November 2014 with Dr Hernández Alfaro, though I am from the UK
