What's better and why?
What are the differences?
Can one have a high lefort 1 without a singificant gummy smile (yet with a long face)?
Aesthetically and functionally: In typical "borderline" second class patients, is the ccw or the hlf1 better?

I was wondering the same thing, except I do have a gummy smile.

i say rotation is better but only because i havent seen a terrible amount of high lefort cases.
for long faces i dont think there is an advantage.

You're saying for long faces, the hf1 isn't an advantage?
from what I've seen the results of the high lefort haven't been dramatic or the answer we were all looking for. maybe the high lefort 2 holds more promise? I don't know, I've only seen one before/after ever and it was very good, but probably not an accurate indicator of your average results.
also, one procedure doesn't necessarily preclude the other right? I mean, I think a lot of high leforts have a certain amount of rotation too, standard leforts do I know.
