Has anyone come across any before and after photos of patients who had an open bite corrected with lower jaw surgery, not upper jaw surgery?

Posterior or anterior open bite?

Posterior or anterior open bite?
Anterior
Specifically class 2

This is the only one I've found, and it was mostly for asymmetry. http://pocketdentistry.com/16-complications-associated-with-orthognathic-surgery/

I basically had the same thing done without asymmetry correction. I don't know what he movement measurements are, but her result is lovely and subtle whereas I looked more in the realm unrecognizable afterwards, and not in a good way. Can anyone guess how big her genioplasty was?
