Title: What's a good insurance to cover Jaw surgery?

So, I have had braces for over 2 years now. I am not having any luck with insurance. Right now, i have a rather expensive insurance but it won't seem to cover much of my surgery and it's covering much of anything. I had blood tests done which they didn't even cover. If anyone knows of any good insurances that will cover most of the surgery, please let me know. I am also having to look for a new orthodontist now. It is a seriously frustrating process. I am in the SoCal area.
