Agreed that chin wing is your best bet here. Don't bother with implants.

You look like a good candidate for a sliding genio to me. Your jaws don't look recessed.
Probably still a good few K, though! Unfortunately all cosmetic surgery is crazy expensive! Very hard for young guys to afford unless your parents are multi-millionnaires or something!

i think my case looks like yours

i'm moving both maxilla and mandibula forward 5mm with CCW rotation in addition to sliding genioplasty also moving 5mm forward
