Room for improvement - you're got a couple things going on.   I'm not seeing the disgusting part.    You should have seen my cephs!!!!

Can some others please say something too. I have a hard time interpreting the Ceph.  :'(

you have a normal jaw relationship and a normal bite. no dental or skeletal malocclusion.

Really? Because an ortho that I saw diagnosed me with a class II bite.  :o

Your jaw alignment is good. Maybe you have a slight quartercusp class 2 bite on one side but from an aesthetic perspective (since you said disgusting) this is irrelevant.
