Title: 1 day post lefort i

I"ve just got back from the hospital and I finally had a look at myself. I look like a completely different person now, what are the chances I'll look like the old me again cos right now I look awful

I had a underbite. Lefort i advancement 7mm, with 2-3mm impaction. No pics cos they will get bastardised by sluthate.
