Title: can your nose still get wider with stitch?

can your nose still get wider after lefort 1 with a stitch? idk if my surgeon used it or not but my nose looks wide

Yes, but not as much as without.  If he used an alar cinch, the nose tip will rise sharply and slowly drop down over the next 3 months as the cinch dissolves.

my nose didn't even turn up it just got wider instead :/
