Title: How could/should a college student finance jaw implant surgery?

I've recently started saving money and started trying to get a high credit score, coming from no credit score but I hope to have a high one soon. I work in retail. Do surgery financing companies loan to people like me? What if I was to have a high credit score but still a retail job? Any help is appreciated. And what is the average cost of jaw implant surgery?
