Post by: Rico on December 07, 2015, 05:45:56 AM
What doses of vit B including B12 are recommended to help with nerve regeneration ?

Does downers like Magnesium decrease nerve regeneration ? Mg increase GABA activity. GABA slows down nerve impulses

anyone know anything more about Etifoxine ? any news ?

Are you currently suffering from nerve injury?  I had one last year from a dental implant placed on lower back tooth that hit my nerve.  I can tell you that it is 99% healed and yes I took complex B vitamin and B12 that I purchased from walgreens. so whatever the dose was I think they helped a lot.  I really noticed a huge improvement around 6 weeks post injury, but it did take about 3 months to feel completely normal again
