Title: Is there an oteotomie to widen the chin?

Sliding genioplasty gives length and height but is it possible to gain width without needing an imlant?

I am also curious if I can somehow make the chin more angular like this:

can they reattach the mentalis muscle onto a bone graft? wheres that bone is the center coming from?
