Title: HELP LONG FACE!

Hey there!!

I need help, three years ago I made a BSSO and perfect, but my face is still long ..

I thought of two options:

The first wing to get a ching and thus widen the jaw a little camouflage.

Or a CCW since my jaws are recessed down.

Yes, pics are essential for anyone can give you feedback. Further, what about your face of features do you see as long specifically?
