Title: Which USA maxillofacial surgeon can perform asian jaw reduction surgery as well?

Can Maxillofacial surgery be performed together with asian jaw reduction surgery (V-line surgery)? If so, which surgeons in USA are doing that? My problems are lip incompetence and over square jaw angle. If a surgeon can do Maxillofacial surgery together with V-line surgery, all my problems will be solved, Otherwise, I need to have two separate surgeries. Thanks!
