Title: Which Surgeons Perform the Chin Visor Osteotomy?

Is Triaca the only one? I had double jaw surgery with CCW last year and the improvement has been massive, but the counterclockwise rotation actually seems to have made the labiomental fold look deeper somehow.

Unless that was CCW rotation with retractive surgery, that doesn't make sense to me.  Post pictures.

why just don't get bone grafts? You will be needing it anyway when doing the chin visor surgery
