Yep.  You need CCW rotation with bimaxillary advancement.  The mandible a couple mm more than the maxilla to close the overjet.

edit and that's just from profile... if two orthos said you need jaw expansion, you need jaw expansion.  And if you can't afford orthodontics... there are people here who've spent more than the cost of your braces on consultations.  The ortho is just the beginning.

I think you misunderstood me, I agree I need palate expansion and I can afford the surgery + braces now.

u need surgery %100 i think. but which surgery ortho and surgeon can decide it
