Regarding airway, all I can see is the hyoid bone which seems projected well enough from the vertebra from other cephs I've seen.  But the soft tissue isn't visible so I can't see your airway.

It's interesting to see the wisdom teeth and a flat occlusal plane.

You have a normal jaw relationship and a normal bite but you could move the entire package more forward. How high is your AHI ?

~20 while side-sleeping.
yeah, bitewise everything's alright. I have a feeling everything's recessed, but recessed more or less equally hence normal functioning (except for the airway).
