Sarpe can widen the palate, obviously, but does sarpe widen the complete palate, back and front, equally?

no it does so aesthetically, so you have a pleasing shape.

To get SARPE your upper palate has to be smaller than your lower.

Isn't that right?

in some cases sarpe can be done at two palate but widening mandible is so rare. generally u are right ur upper has to be smaller than ur lower for sarpe

What if you got SARPE on the top and wilckodontics on the bottom to widen the dental arch to accommodate the new wider maxilla??
