Is it me or does this lady's face look completely different (better) after Wilckodontics?? Her chin looks shorter and her cheekbones look better. Is it the photos or the procedure????

It's just the difference in the photos, I don't think there has been a difference in the things you mentioned. The biggest aesthetic change you will see is the width of both arches so you'll have a much wider smile. The rest of the differences in the structural aspects of the face are minimal to the eye.

She got major recession on those upper cuspids. Some on a bunch of teeth actually. She had an exaggerated curve of Spee before likely from a skeletal open bite. She needed jaw surgery, hope she got it too but I doubt it. The guys I spoke to didn't seem to understand facial growth. I looked into it as a way to avoid a 3-piece. Interesting to see how much her gums have puffed up from the extra volume inside. I wonder, even though she has more bone around her teeth now, whether her odds of further periodontal problems are really lessened now.
