Title: What causes these deep naso labial folds? Excessive Le Fort 1 Impaction?

what surgery did she have anyway? i dont see an excessive retrusion or protrusion of the mandibles.

What nasolabial folds? She had them before the surgery and when smiling but that is normal.

She obviously had a lefort I to advance the maxilla, maybe a BSSO to change the mandible alignment but I can't tell from the pics.

LOL that's exactly how I look after Double Jaw Surgery. But I have always had deep Nasolabial Folds and needed Fillers from Age 23.
They became more pronounced through this surgery but what truly bothers me is the very strong chin when she smiles.
I think it doesn't look very feminine and I don't like my smile anymore because it pushes the chin out and looks too masculine.
The only things she can do is trying very good cheek implants to support that area because fillers will make her look very artificial with that pronounced chin.

At least it seems to look normal - I really felt I looked completely unnatural with that strange fat smile

did you have genio?

thing is her profile view looks really good and the chin doesnt seem that strong in that perspective
