the right side of my face is fuller and rock hard while the other isnt, its 10 days after surgery, how to know if its swelling or the surgery that went wrong? Also the side that is fuller (right side) feels numb to the touch and looks like when you get an abscess, it's very hard ... it's difficult to explain. i had assymetry before, but the crooked mandible was the one on the left side...
also my lower lip is completely numb
isnt 10 days enough for the swelling on the right side to go down a bit?

lol. you'll be swollen for months. be patient.

but its normal to be harder and more swollen / numb in one side of the face? i thought the swolleness/numbness would be even.
sorry if i'm stressing out

go play a online game if u can. If i get home after surgery if i can play dota2 teamfortress counter 1.8 or something. I could play them all day

Not afraid of online games with tension like that raising your heart rate? I've always wondered if video games are bad to do post major surgery for that reason..

Yes it's normal. Look up self lymphatic massage techniques, it may do something for you.

i think no. i didnt go even major surgery like double jaw. my maximum anestesia is 35 45min. and after little surgeries i spend all my time play dota 2 or watching lotr or hobbit again

Yes, asymmetry with regards to swelling is normal. As long as you have no fever, tenderness and there's no discharge from you intraoral incisions, it's not something that I would worry about. :)
