Yo, I'd like someone who is knowledgeable about morphs to do a frontal, profile and 3/4 morph on me. You would need to be Absolutely discreet and sworn to secrecy. FOREVER. Also you would need to be able to do things that approximate real world surgery results so you'd have to be smart and intelligent about realistic surgery outcomes. Please apply by stating your qualifications and why I should choose you. Then I will send you portrait style pics of me in those three positions. WARNING: I am fat right now as I suffered a depression and was on meds so you'll need to lean out my neck a bit. But I have been an athlete in teh past and can lose weight and get a six-pack etc. easily.
Let the applications begin: specifically i want a sharper nose, killer jawline and chin and i want nice robust cheekbones like a male model. I will use these pics to show to my doctor before my operation. So you will be engaged in a helpful cause!
-
Are you planning on getting all these things done at once? I'd get the jaw in place first, then fit the nose around that. I personally think that the jaw is the most important feature for a guy, and the correct size of the nose will depend on the balance with the chin. I'd happily morph you, but it will only be what I think is aesthetic - I prefer strong jaw lines and strong noses with higher bridges and lower, pointy tips. Ultimately, you've got to be happy and comfortable with your looks though.
-
okay cool! I will trust your opinion. No i'm getting the jaw done first, then cheekbones and nose several months later. Can I trust you to keep all this secret ?
-
Anyone else? I want options....
-
Look I'm sorry to go off topic a bit but how do you plan to get " nice robust cheekbones like a male model"?
Is there any good procedure for that?
-

You have a real chicken and egg situation.
One approach: Have a suitable surgeon do a 3-D digital model that includes all of the cuts and re-locations.
Then with that imaging available, someone could do the morphs of your face.
On the other hand, the surgeon might like to know what you want to end up like, before doing the 3-D digital modeling.
Like I said, chicken and egg.
Because you want to include the nose work - - and jaw work - - you might consider getting one surgeon to do both - so you do not end up with two different "plans".

no no fair enough points. i mean I'm not sure. will the modified lefort 3 which can achieve upto 8 mm forward advancement do the trick? If that doesn't even move the soft tissue enough, sure I'd need like another 10 mm advancement since the soft tissue will only show half of that. So then what do we do? Is there a way to augment over the bone displacement? Can you do an overlay graft? Can you do something like an HA block graft? or what Dr. Sailer does with cadaver bone? I'm looking for the most extreme solution. So give me ideas!
-
hey lazlo, another off topic question... have you decided on a surgeon for your rhinoplasty? i know that is the last thing you have on your list but just curious.
-
No problem. I totally understand the need for anonymity.

hey meepmeepmeep! (lol love your name) so I think I like Dr. Spencer Cochrane. He's also in texas and has the similar toriumi-like philosophy of building up the nose which I need. I just dont think the closed rhino would do enough for me. I probably need caudal struts and a septum strut and all those grafts and he's probably cheaper and just as good as toriumi. But I'm also waiting to see how my nose profile changes after the bi-max and the orbital rim advancement.
I guess a serious question I have to figure out is can I get 2 cm of advancement total (with grafts and anything else) on my cheekbones. For sure Dr. Sailer could do that. But I'm not going to him cause he's too far and also has too many mixed results. But I have seeen some decent work by him with cadaver grafts to the cheekbone on some people on this forum. Hmmmm

okay SJ! Thanks a lot. I need to lose just a bit of weight and shave my beard and then you'll have pics coming your way in a few days! Really looking forward to this virtual transformation!

The most extreme solution would be what Rico had done, a complete zygomatic repositioning including the orbital wall. Realistically though you can augment with fillers, I recently saw a result of fillers on the Zygo-arch and it looked good, gave noticeable width. I haven't seen many good results from implants but I've halso heard people claim that the best results aren't online, you've spoken to Yaremchuck, did you ask about cheek augment?
Then the ZSO seems to be "meh'" but as with every surgery there are satisfied and disatisfied patients, idk if it's possible to perform additional osteotomies after you've had a mod L3 though.

I don't understand what all this "secrecy" is about. When you leave the house, ugly, handsome, or beautiful, people see you everyday so what is the difference if someone sees a picture of you here? Unless you leave the house with a burlap sack over your face like the Elephant Man hundreds of people see you every day so I just don't understand what the difference is. Anyone care to explain why everyone here is so ashamed of showing pics to each other especially when we all have similar issues. If there was ever a place to be seen without judgement I would assume it would be here because like I said we all have similar issues. I've sent my pic out a few times, in multiple angles, all looking like s**t, and honestly who cares, I just add those 5 or 6 people who have seen my pics with the millions of other people who have seen me walking the streets of NYC.

thanks for replying! i am really impressed by dr. toriumi's work but the cost seems insane. i've also heard good things about dr. cochrane!
2cm of advancement?! how did you come up with that large amount? you will definitely need an open rhino after that! you won't have a dorsum! how much advancement is dr. sinn going to be able to achieve? i thought 7mm was kind of maximum. the issue with advancing that much is the paranasal area is left behind in dr. sinn's osteotomy because he doesn't want to disturb the nerve too much. so you may end up kind of hollow between the bridge of the nose, the malar prominence and the top lip. i don't know that much about all of this but i assume grafting bone in that area is also difficult because you have to work around the nerve foramen. i think injectable fillers could be a good solution but maybe im missing something and this is a non issue.

if you visit this site enough you should be fully aware that there is a TON of cross-users from sluthate/lookism to jawsurgeryforums. people who have posted photos publicly here have had there photos taken and posted on those forums only to be ridiculed and belittled.

Even if that weren't the case I would be careful about posting my face on an online board.

I'm pretty good at PhotoShop. It was my job.

Agree fully with that...We are not on sluthate or lookism. No bashing here.
I will give you advice Lazlo dont take Antidepressant Psychodrugs when you decide to do surgery. Because this meds are very tricky to judge properly. We saw what rico happened he takes some oldstock halucinogen meds from the old sowjet russian army that polish pharmacy had already to sell. Before he goes to first consultation to the german Moammerts he toke some of this pills. the german doctor talked only s**t regarding his surgery plan. no sense period. he showed him some surgery examples so rico had distorted vision at the time he thought all the examples looked so great all the women and men in the outcome so perfect so arian like only in the german naziphantasies they looked, Rico was convinced already that the plan was 10 000 better than plans from Pelo and Iannetti that in his eyes were only little italians that you cant thrust you know mafia and spaghetti....and we saw what happened.
dude you're hilarious

Guys how many years have i been waiting for this!? How many setbacks!? Two and half weeks ago I shattered my cheekbone and orbital rim!!!! And it's still healing but thankfully I have chosen not to have an operation to fix it. It's weird cause there is a big bump of orbital rim that is displaced but it doesn't feel bad. Soon it will finally happen, I will finally have double bi-max with a chin wing and genio and hopefully this will be the foundation for everything else. I don't have a surgery date yet, but it's just around the corner, probably Mid to late May. I have no fear as I know I will be in good hands. Also I have no choice. To achieve the face I always dreamed of having when I was a child and thought I'd have as an adult. This is the future!!!
I'm probably going to have to augment cheekbone/orbital rim and my brow aggressively with HA paste to push the parameters of what is possible forward.
A nyway I suppose I'm just excited. f**k I have to lose a bunch of weight.

HOPE!
-
you know I realize a big goal here for most of us is to move a downward grown face to one that is FORWARD grown.
Not many people have the FORWARD grown face so I wonder how rare it is in nature. But it seems the most attractive type of face and I wonder why.
With BSSO and CCW the lower part of the face can indeed be made forward grown I think but the upper part would require orbital-zygoma advancement plus significant adding on to that spot since it's very shallow in downward grown people. This is what I mean by a foward grown face:
Thoughts on how to achieve it??????? Analysis?????? Surgery options?????

I'm not really trolling but I am shooting in the dark for more answers!
I think it IS possible depending on how severe your case is. I think it will be possible for me but will require aggressive efforts. I am hopeful. Stupidjaws has definitely achieved it through his very awesome surgical interventions.
-
Oh yeh? What did he have done?
Stupidjaws and Earl are the local heros, lol.
-
I saw an ortho recently who said that most in the trade don't even care to research any alternative fixes to crooked teeth except premolar extraction + braces. It's a sad state of affairs. Even though I think Mike Mew is a bit dodgy I am grateful that he at least offers an alternative and actually encourages practitioners to look at the cause of malocclusion itself as opposed to treating the symptoms.
I don't think it's that bad anymore, that was the norm in the 80s but most orthodontists nowadays don't extract premolars if it's not strictly needed(severe bimaxillary protrusion). I never had any extractions until getting my wisdom teeth removed for future jaw surgery, although my problem was gaps, not crowding.
-
Stupid jaws had like three chin wings and bi-max and rhino and he looks totally natural and super handsome like a model.
And we know Earl's amazing lower and I've heard from people who've seen him his upper is amazing. And I'm probably like strong 6.5 so I'm not starting from a 3. I'm aiming to, if I'm fit and everything to be at least an 8.5, if not it isn't worth it for me. But I mean after rhino, lefort 3 and f**king laser skin therapy. This is definitely gonna take most of 2017 to fully complete. B ut f**k it it will be worth it! I have a new hope for my life!
-
oh I'm gonna need fat injections too. they're developing crazy 3-D modelling s**t for the micro-injection of fat into the face, it's about 2-5 years away from clinical cosmetic use but it's being developed primarily for various diseases that affect facial fat. But this is all good news for us. I've stopped my hair from falling out by using propecia so I just have a slight bit of of a widows peak but that's easy to fix with the dope hair restoration procedures that are out. In the hairloss community they're saying baldness cure by 2020.
I really wonder if by 2030 (i'll still be relatively young) we will have like super-easy cosmetic stuff. Will everyone be hot and pursue the same aesthetic ideal? I don't think so because a lot of people just live in acceptance or it's not that important for them. On the other hand tho the preponderance of instagram-hos has skyrocketed exponentially and most of those chicks aren't even hot cause they basically spray paint make-up on their faces and use like 20 filters so in real life they're like :o Who knows.

Seriously look at how young and good looking Jared Leto is.
How is that possible. Isabella or one of you PS experts, can you tell me how he looks so young, he's 44 years old!
Also I want that pretty boy look. Even with improvements I don't know how to get that cause I have a big nose.
I want to be a pretty boy and date girls like Margot Robbie. And I'm getting too old now too.

SO i realize it's not just that i need better cheekbones and a bonestructure that will tauten my face and smaller nose, but what I really need are hot guy eyes. Jared Leto actually doesn't have hot guy eyes. I'm talking about David Gandy type eyes (google it) is there an operation that will give you that?
-
I think eyes are just one of those things that you can't 'buy'. Of course, if you've got ptosis or a droopy lid then you can get that fixed, or if you have bags, you can get them removed. If you don't like the colour, you can get contacts. But I'm not sure there's much else you can do! To be honest, a lot of it is to do with the look in your eye, if that makes sense. That cheeky glint, or that soft look of vulnerability you can give off. I think, if you're always depressed, it shows in your eyes, and even pretty eyes can become ugly! The eyes constantly change with your emotions and feelings, and that's what makes them so beautiful!
-
oh then i'll send you my pics too! thanks man!
Just saw this, sorry!
And I use PhotoShop to edit some of my own pics to post to FB and all that. Let me know if you want me to do that to yours. :)

Genetics, botox and most importantly makeup.

If he means hooded eyes he can get fillers or fat injected on the upperlid. A canthopexy or canthoplasty can also help in some cases. Canthoplasties are not a purely cosmetical surgery and can have bad results sometimes though, find a very good surgeon.

anyone knows if bone grafts from the hip can be used for malar/zygo augmentation?

Rib grafts have been used. Supposedly all onlay grafts resorb eventually.

yup that's what I've heard consistently as well, it's probably true.

Seems like every second Holywood celeb has a different nose when older.

Oh I loved Jared when I was younger. Leo in R+J was another teen dream. But I look back now and laugh, he was such a baby!
IMO the hottest actor right now is Jamie Dornan. None of that 50 shades crap, but I'm talking Jamie in The Fall.
OH MY GOD. HIS FACE. I don't usually care about actors/male models but he is another level. I haven't met one woman who hasn't fallen in love with him after watching The Fall. The accent also helps. He looks good in pictures but so much more on camera. I think it's the eyes. Also just realized his mouth, the way he keeps his lips parted. He can be pretty too (without the facial hair) but he also has very hooded brooding eyes, completely different look to Jared.

I don't get Jared's appeal at all. He looks like a tranny. OTOH, I didn't understand Leo's appeal either back in the Titanic days. I now realise he looked amazing. I don't understand how he let himself go like that. My friend reckons everybody has a middle age switch and we all hit it at different times. Here they reckon he hit his in 2005.
http://www.vulture.com/2014/01/when-leonardo-dicaprio-went-from-twink-to-twunk.html#
Which sounds about right. As late as the Aviator, I thought he was a boy playing a man. Yet some were outraged how an old fart like him is paired up with a young woman in the Great Gatsby. IMO, had he not hit the switch, nobody would care.
-
Yup, Leo lost it a long time ago. Can 'cute' + age work?
But he has no reason to care.
One guy other women have gone crazy over but I've never totally understood is Ryan Gosling.
-
we all loose with the age...
Ryan Gosling is OK :)
at least he has not damaged his life due to botched surgery due to bad choice
btw that is my sense of beauty when it comes to women

He's a pretty boy, I think it's the nose (although I must confess that's the first place my eyes usually go to). I think men look better with masculine noses, higher bridges, when they age. I personally prefer the Ryan Gosling look, he totally looks like a guy!
@Rico: She's very attractive, classy!
-
Do you recognise her ? :D she played in my favorite movie.. she was popular only in 80.. later somehow she ended her carrer in movies
