hi.. im a new member of this amazing forum! i dont like my face and id want to begin a procedure to correct my long and narrow face.. id want to do something but i don't know what.. please.. can anybody help me?? in the next days ill put some photos.. now i can say that ive long face with a bad lip position

For the public thing it depends on where you live. You can in uk! Canada and most of Europe too
Anyhow, just upload pics from the board or link pics from a hosting site

stupidjaw, i live in italy and i know the state offers the operation, but i dont know if it offers the surgery just for aestetics reasons.. how is it in uk??
