Hi everyone,
I had posted on here earlier about my concern with my maxilla being recessed. I actually had gotten my ceph traced and analyzed and it turns out my SNA angle is 82 degrees which is exactly normal (according to the Steiner analysis). Other analysis claim that my maxilla is actually "portruded". Even though I know that my maxilla has good projection, I still have flat cheeks and small nasolabial folds! Though my cheeks are flat, I have very prominent outer cheekbones that are especially prominent from profile shots. So why are cheeks still flat/why do I have nasolabial folds front on? I'm very confused by this, and is there a way to fix it?

Your maxilla is fine. Your cheekbones are weak.

Would have bringing the upper jaw fixed that or would that have just made me look chimpish? Is there a way to fix flat cheekbones?

Your jaws are already well ahead of your forehead. Advancing the maxilla when there upper midface is weak is a bad idea. Fixing the cheeks, upper midface - zygomatic osteotomy, implants, modified lefort iii.

even though theyre connected somewhat its very possible to have a maxilla thats fine yet bad cheek bones and orbital rims.

These two pictures show the flatness I am talking about. I don't know if bringing my maxilla would have helped in this regard.
