Title: Who is good surgeons for short face ?

I have a severe short face short maxilla short lower third growth

have no idea who is the best at this and am looking for the best doctors

also will insurance cover short face problem ?

I do not have any functional problems

I have a class II short face overbite. Of course it causes more pressure on my bite and teeth but no tmj no pain and no teeth grinding that I am aware of. that said the ability to smile is nonexistent with a bite like I have and the facial appeal as bad as well.

 to be frank i do not have a problem embellishing some things in the name of getting insurance to pay 

what is your insurance company ? or some of the best ones out there

I do not have insurance at the moment so would need to buy some
