i'd hate if jaw surgery started to become "spottable" and people could tell i've got a fake jaw.

What does it seem fake to you about her jaw? It looks normal to me lol, how does a fake jaw looks like? too perfect? do you have before pictures?

no, no before pictures.

I suspected this watching a movie because of irregularities in the mandibles and the "perfect" "still" smil...kinda innatural.

It's subtle, not like plastic surgery...yet noticeable-
