Title: genioplasty or jaw surgery? (pic attached)

so im curious to see wat ur opinion is which do u think would b the best result? genioplasty or jaw surgery? i am biting down and my lips r fully relaxed in the pic. its actually kinda annoying cause the pic doesnt do my lip incompetence justice. like it looks way worse in person than in the pic.

We need a pic from your profile and also in 3/4 view.

You also need to have your teeth bite down on each other.

Do your front teeth match up? Have you had orthodontics? Need a profile pic as well.

i did have braces back when i was a teenager but developed an overjet because apparently i have a tongue thrust i jus attached a side and 3/4 view photo and my teeth r biting down in all of the photos with my lips fully relaxed

you are severely recessed and i believe you'll need more than "only" double jaw surgery!
