Title: Growth rotation slideshare

Hi everyone

I was looking for new insight on widening the mandible, and found this :

Going through all the slides is a bit long, but really interesting. English isn't my mother tongue, so there may be some subtleties I didn't catch.
I know it's not exactly a "surgery question" but this section is the most active one, so... I'd like to have your feedback
