Nose jobs.  These are good results without any scarring.

i'm pretty much settled on Dr. Spencer Cochran or Dr. Dean Toriumi.

The woman is already complete perfection in the first image. The nose job barely made a difference(thank God), and the angle/lighting is different in the b/a.

I hope she leaves that beautiful face alone now!
