Title: [19 F] Considering Surgery - What do I need done?

Hello!

What do I need to get done to fix my bite?

Any advice is appreciated.


Update: I visited my Maxillofacial surgeon today and he says that I'll need a Lefort I to push my maxilla up by 4mm and in by 2mm and BSSO to bring my mandible forward by 5-6mm.

Does this sound like the proper approach?
I'll be seeing him again, soon. What should I ask him?
