I know Triaca/Zarrinbal/Brusco/Mommaerts/Obwegeser will do it but are there some other great surgeons?

How many mm do you think can be gained with zygomatic osteotomy?

I dont know exactly how much. With a modified lefort III normally 7 mm can be gained.

yes so this is why i realize that for me personally i need almost 2 cm of gain. 1 cm of gain is typical of most implants for cheekbones. And I'd like to achieve 2cm through a combined osteotomy AND HA or lyocartiledge onlay procedure --hopefully I'd like to know if this could be done at the same time. That's my question.

You mean 2 cm from each side? That'd look ridiculous, unless you have less than 12 cm bizygomatic breadth.

Will augmenting the cheekbones that far not create a huge step off between the temporal area and the malar area - making it look like you have very concave temples?

also everyone's soft tissue behaves different. because of ethnicity i have very very thick skin and so my soft tissue needs a lot of amplification to show results.

it's a good point, which is why HA may be needed to shape and augment that area too. Really I guess CT-bone is what you really want. But I have a friend who  has similar soft tissue as I do and he had almost 1.5 cm with TWO ROUNDS OF IMPLANTS stacked on top of one antoher, and then fat and he doesn't even look like he has high or projected cheekbones. he just looks normal nor whereas before he had a moderate negative vector.

What I would like to know is: can you also do 2 or more zso? A second zso one year after the first?

I asked that once and the answer is yes.

Really? Which surgeon told you that?

Oh thats nice. I think it is impossible to not see a difference after two zso. What about the mod. Lf3 with sinn? Could it also be done twice?
