Title: does bimax appear to widen the mouth horizontally?

The guy in the pic got bimax, genioplasty, and rhinoplasty.

Comparing the the pic in the the far left, first row to the pic in the far left, fourth row: it looks like his mouth got wider. does bimax do this? why does this happen?

Those are some amazing results!  Is that A & G' s work??    He does appear to still have an overbite though.

Are you sure? The pics are from the italian website linked above. Hopefully Coceancig isn't claiming it's his, or vice versa :/
