OMYf**kING GOD THAT IS AMAZING.

They actually took someone who was syndromic and seriously deformed and made her pretty.

The power of the lefort 3 and an amazing rhino really did the trick. Incredible.

Very nice example demonstrating how LF 3 gives greater lower orbital rim support and retracts the lower eyelid upwards thus reducing scleral show.
They have very buggy eyes.
I bet your eyes are nothing like these.

Great result.  Maybe not all that uncommon for good craniofacial surgeons.

Yeah so question: why can't a lefort 3 like that be done on us who want it? There don't even seem to be external scars or anything.
