Title: Jaw joint clicking after jaw surgery

I had a lefort I advancement  more than 2 years ago. Recently I noticed clicking in my left jaw joint especially when chewing hard. I didn't have this before surgery. Anyone experienced something similar?

I remember it just appeared some 6 months post-op (bimax). It was a clicking/grinding noise left side when chewing/yawning. It then suddenly disappeared some months later and haven't returned at all since.
