Useless trying to compare the outcome on a single syndrome patient to the outcome on a non-syndrome, non-deformed prospective patient. There's a limit to the amount they can move the midface in these deformed patients, hence why you don't see them looking normal afterwards. Not to mention it's not a one-size-fits-all procedure, just like double jaw surgery.
