Title: Last step but im not sure. Ccw with longface class 2

I have long forehead+long mid face and short lower third(class 2) im still not sure jaw surgery frame my front profile? i think it can be worse , longer face with better side profile wont worth it. i cant choose go surgery or no and i cant stop thinking this. after jaw surgery ill go hair transplant for temple points(mb a little front too)

I want to ask your opinions. what do you think what must i do.

(i consult one surgeon and he referred me one ortho, he said they will probably go ccw surgery but they must take photos and cephs. he said" come if you are ready and jaw surgery is major surgery")

you must consult a maxfac. 

A CCW bimax is an invasive procedure, with long downtime and big costs associated.  Although it may help your condition, I would certainly see atlease 3 or 4 maxfacs before making a decision
