Fat transfer.
Thanks for the advice.
Do you mean fat transfer in the tear trough under eye and upper eyelids?
Do you think that will help with my external canthus being lower than my internal one?

No.

What about cheekbones?
I am really not looking to resemble these magazones models, but don't you think that cheek area is a bit flat?

I have a similar problematic eye area, I assume that orbital rim implants and canthoplasty are needed.
You don't NEED mid face or cheekbone enhancement but it would add interest.

You just need a few syringes of fillers IMO just a slight tear trough deficiency. Still, a very handsome man (not to be weird!)

Hah your eye area is what I immediately morphed into from my rhinoplasty.  Fat transfers to the eye area, from what I recall are extremely risky as far as getting good results.  Been a while since I researched that though.
