Title: surgeons who do bimax AND implants?

Any takers?

I have been told this 3 prong approach of bimax, genio and jaw angle implants is possible all in the same operation. Trying to find who does this is turning out not so possible!

Bimaxillary advancement surgery can be obviously combined with a sliding genioplasty procedure however one can not say the same about bimaxillary advancement combined with jaw angle or even any other type of implants since there's a good chance of infection if it's done immediately after lower jaw advancement.

thanks for the suggestion, Ill try contacting him, you are right on the website they explicitly state it can be done at the same time as jaw surgery.

AFAIK he does not do CCW.

haven't heard of implants at same time as bimax.

stephen warren and deschamps braly do both kinds of procedures.
