Title: Best UK Maxillofacial Surgeon ?

i've come across quite a few names for UK surgeons such as Paul Johnson, Henri Thuau, Caroline Mills ...etc

Are these really the best names or just the ones that have seem to have caught on ? It would Nice to hear if there are any Arnett / Gunson Equivalents who are not only amazing at their craft but aesthetic in their approach ::) ::) but it doesn't seem the UK is really the place for whatever reason  :'(

Henri Thuau moved to Switzerland, don't know about Johnson but most UK surgeons in every field are at least 15 years behind American ones.
